~~~The Month of Love~~~~

Once upon a time, in a land not too far away, lived a girl.
She met the boy of her dreams. He was all that and more.
He had deep dimples, long lashes, dyed his black hair blonde and wore a dog collar.

On a cold Monday afternoon, that boy took his girl to Millcreek Canyon.
They had a picnic in the back of his truck- Maxine.
Their tummies were filled with Mtn. Dew, Doritos, turkey sandwiches and striped shortbread cookies.

After a walk in the snow, the pair took a few pictures. One of them was in front of The Millcreek Inn. They longed to have a wedding reception in this sweet, little cottage.

A short drive down the canyon took them to the magnificent Salt Lake Temple.

Walking hand in hand, the couple had different thoughts in their heads.

The girl wanted to know more about the symbols on the temple.

The boy wanted to know why the gates were locked, his plan was foiled!

His heart was pounding like a humming birds wings. He gave his girl and hug, and dropped to his knee.

With tears in his eyes and shaky hands the boy then said, "I would do anything for you, and I would go through anything to be with you. Will you marry me?"

The girl replied, "Yes" with her tears of joy! There was no other that she could love more.

For when you find your one true love, you can't change what is meant to be.

This story took place ten years ago today. And the boy and the girl just keep falling deeper, and deeper in love...
