Ruby loves to tell jokes. Even if the punch line isn't funny or doesn't make sense, she tells them any way. Now she is trying her hand in making comic books.
Here is how this one goes.
"The funny jokes" by Ruby. Do you like this day
Girl 1: I love this day. Do you?
Girl 2: Yes. Do you?
Girl 1: I already said that. ha ha ha
This is joke picture number 2 titled "Do I look pretty"
Girl 1: Do I look pretty? (it looks like she has two sets of eyes, but it is glasses that flip up)
Girl 2: Yes. But your belt is down.
Girl 1: What?
Girl 2: Yep.
Ruby has been so proud of this. I've heard her read it to me about 20 times. Now she is working on some cowboy's who ride skateboards. She has been so creative in drawing, writing and dancing. I really love how she makes up games with the littlest things. She can entertain herself and Zane for hours and hours. She is so wonderful.
Zane has also been so goofy lately. He has such a sensitive heart. A few weeks ago we decorated his new room with a vinyl wall sticker that has Yoda on it. Today he came up to me and gave me a big hug saying, "Thanks for the sticker mom. I love you." And you can hear it in his voice how truly sincere he is. He has also been giving me back rubs lately. Today he told me he could give me a back rub for days, but his hands might get tired. I have wonderful kids.
